Additionally, Company Users and Supplier Users are requested to provide genuine company and professional details, which will undergo verification by our dedicated team.

User Categories

Our platform caters to different user categories with specific benefits. Individual Users enjoy our wide range of products and services with special occasional offers . Company Users are eligible for a 5% discount on all orders,. Supplier Users enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on their orders. These user categories are designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers and provide them with customized experiences.

Credits

We value customer loyalty. For every dollar spent, customers earn credit points that can be utilized for future spending. The conversion rate is 100 dollars to 1 point, and each point holds a monetary value of 1 dollar for future orders. However, it’s important to note that credit points used cannot exceed 50% of the total order amount and will expire in one year. Please be aware that logo fees and delivery fees are not discountable.

Referral Program

As a token of appreciation for our customers, we offer 100 points for every successful referral registration with a completed first order. Additionally, we provide various kinds of discounts for holidays, special events, and different user categories. These tailored discounts allow customers to shop for specific products, occasions, or user groups, ensuring a cost-effective and personalized shopping experience.

Return Policy

Please note that all orders must be paid in full before processing. Due to the nature of personalized products and the cost of international delivery fees, we do not offer returns on products.
